Special attention is given to the ATM Division, ensuring accurate closeouts, mileage tracking, and smooth billing processes.

  • Additionally, we resolve issues such as overtime scheduling, double shifts, and Staffreplacements due to performance concerns. By maintaining open communication with the main office and proactively addressing challenges, the dispatch team guarantees efficient service.

Daily Activity Reports also include arrival and departure times, details of site patrols, and shift handover details. These reports are meticulously reviewed to identify missing entries, discrepancies, or areas of concern, which are promptly escalated to the main office for resolution. In case of emergencies or critical incidents, immediate incident reports are generated and communicated to relevant parties for swift action.

  • For specialized divisions like ATM services, reporting includes comprehensive closeout records, mileage verification, and detailed activity logs. These reports are cross-checked to ensure accuracy, prevent billing errors, and maintain compliance with client requirements.
